Principles of Pinyin Input Method:
Q9 Pinyin Input Method has three pinyin categories, namely consonant, single vowel and compound vowel. You just have to follow the steps to input consonant, single vowel and then compound vowel. If a character has no consonant, you can directly input single vowel and select compound vowel.

General principles of Pinyin Input Method: Input consonant, single vowel and then compound vowel.

Character without compound vowel
Input method of character without compound vowel: Input consonant, single vowel and then "Confirm".

 

Character without consonant
Input method of character without consonant: Input single vowel. Press "Confirm". Then select compound vowel.

Character without consonant and compound vowel
